You need to have Abobe Reader installed on your computer to view PDFs. You can download Adobe Reader for free at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
PDF files are large, and if you have a slow connection they will take several minutes to download. Here's a tip: once you've downloaded a Channel, save it on your computer—then you can view it again without downloading it.
