About the Excom
The following are guidelines of the ExCom that are under heavy revision. They are listed here only as general information and are not true in letter, just in spirit.
The Executive Committee, or ExCom, is TGSF's steering body. Each ExCom serves for one year, from May 1st to April 30th.
Elections are held during a thirty-day period in March and April. Election results are announced at the Annual Meeting, the End-of-Month meeting in April.
While each ExCom serves for one year, each ExCom member serves a two-year term. Terms are staggered, so that in any given year five seats are up for election.
All TGSF members in good standing are entitled to vote in ExCom elections, and to run for the ExCom.
